Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions. 

  

Conditions for Returns: 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 

  

Return Process: 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@ace-evo.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. 

  

Refunds: 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  

Exchanges: 

If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement size or colour when contacting us for the return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

  

Final Sale Items: 

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. 

  

Damaged or Defective Items: 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed. 

  

Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
